I have 25 years of professional design experience. I started designing books in the early nineties, at the conflux of traditional print and new digital processes. I was taught by 'old school' typographers at London College of Printing. On graduating I got a job as Book Designer / Project Manager at BBC Books, working on a range of titles, as Designer, Art Director, Art Editor and sometime Stylist. In 2000 I moved to Wales, continuing to work for the BBC, as well as other publishers including Mitchell Beazley and University Wales Press. In 2010 I set up the imprint Rosamond Books for independent projects, collaborating with artists and realising their projects, from concept to completion.
